1) Reduce shipping cost and delivery time 2) Nothing, was just browsing 3) Provide information on return policy, was not sure wether i would end up paying return shipping costs 4) Load the checkout page faster, I was waiting for the page to load and got bored 5) Had a question and and called customer service, had to wait a long time. I guess you could provide a number that connects fast to a service rep. Had a question about sales tax. 6) Maybe you should display shipping cost as I enter items into the cart, i did not know the shipping charges until late in the process. It was high so I quit purchasing.
